Dr. Kristen T Hull, MD

Dr Hull provides wonderful in-person care. She is knowledgeable and kind. However, I will be switching doctors because her office management done by Crystal Run is TERRIBLE. It’s impossible to get any follow up on things like prescriptions, which is the bare minimum for a doctor. Changing an appointment time is also extremely difficult. Every request needs to be filtered through Crystal Run and there is zero follow through. It pains me to have to leave Dr Hull but I’ve been left with no choice.

I have mixed feelings about Dr. Hull and her Crystal Run office in Manhattan (155 East 76th St.). Her in-person care was great - she seemed friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Afterwards, however, she never responded to a simple follow-up medical question I had...over the span of a couple of months, I emailed her that question twice through the office's portal and left a couple of phone messages, before one of her assistants finally responded, although it would have been nice to confirm with the doctor personally.

Today was my second attempt at seeing this doctor. The first time I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and had to leave before seeing her to get back to work. Today After waiting an hour past my appointment time and the receptionist asking several times how long it would be, a nurse brought me back to the tx room and took my blood pressure. Then she left saying the dr would be in shortly. After waiting another 15 minutes, the nurse came by and was surprised I still hadn't been seen. She spoke with the dr who was supposedly finishing up with another patient. I could hear them chatting in the room. After another 10 minutes I finally left. I will never go back to this dr or any other endo at this medical group. This treatment is unacceptable.

Used to recieve personal care, but now it has turned into a clinic. You are just a number who they want to see every 3 months so they can collect a copay. Not once does Dr. Hull physically touch or examine you.

She is a very caring doctor. Always gives you quality care. Makes you atease talking with her

She is a wonderful doctor with an excellent bedside manner. She is very nice. The office can be busy, but she is in a big office that is shared with other doctors. It is also can kind of be hard to make or reschedule an appointment
