Dr. Kristen Marie Iagulli Lee, MD

I went to Dr. Lee's office to see if they were seeing new patients. I asked the receptionist and she said yes, depending on your insurance. I thought great, because I have 3 insurances. I told her what insurances I have, and she told me that I cannot be seen there because VA is one of the 3. I am VERY disappointed to say the least!

The office of Dr. Lee performed a blood test for me to determine the sex of my baby as well as the genetic testing . I was told I would get at back before two weeks .Which if course lots of people get impatient .I had to call and retrieve my results but was told there was a inconclusive data for sexing the baby and they didn't know why ? As well as that they had not had that happen before . I find this to be very negligent on their part .I should have been contacted sooner if my results were inconclusive . on a personal level this was very upsetting because I had my mother visiting from the states for just that particular time in hopes of a gender reveal party which I had disclosed to the doctor why my time sensitivity prior to test and asked if she believe I should get a gender reveal ultrasound instead she assured me would be within time frame . she should not have . because of the incident as well where I still got no explaination from other than it was a mistake at the lab ? That… they had never had before .which was not comforting in the least bit . I was robbed of my gender reveal with my family because of a mistake that was not address by them or explained as well . I had to follow up with them . they did not seem to care of the consequences of the incident . upon my next appointment I was not met with a apology even . I had to refresh and explain what happened to the Dr. Which made me emotional and uncomfortable . you would think a Dr. Of good practice would be aware of such a situation with their patients and aim to address it . I would not recommend this Dr. To any expecting mother

Dr. Lee is probably the best doctor I’ve taken my children to. She spoke to me with respect and not down to me. Heard me out about my vaccine fears and made me comfortable about vaccinating my children. She recommended books for me to read and websites to do research. She truly is a great MD!
