Dr. Kristin Mock, MD

I took my son to her many years back for his high school physical, still recall how rude she was. I mentioned my son having constipation, her response was "and you have done what? Nothing?" In a etraordinarily rude and nasty demeanor. I never went back to that place. Found FAR better primary care elsewhere. She had NO reason to speak to me that way, she's arrogant and I saw no reason for it, just a small town dr.

Excellent listening skills. I did EXACTLY what Dr. Mock recommended and have found relief for painful issues I've been trying to cope with for over twenty years. A blessing!

Extremely difficult to get any follow up, office staff not helpful and behave unprofessionally on the phone, say they will call you back and they never do, Dr. Mock's bedside manner is awful - doesn't give any information about diagnosis or treatment, spends very little time with you. Extremely unorganized - I get asked 5 times "what is your name?" "what are you calling for?". All of this does not give me confidence in her medical skills or medical decision making.

I have been going to dr mock for 10 yrs , she make you feel comfortable . She is very knowledgeable . I am very fortunate I found a dr like her. I like the way she always follows up with u after a new prescription . Her nurse Sandy is one of the best!
