Dr. Kristen Phothiyane Tamura, MD

Did not listen my needs and did not answer my questions. She gave the wrong information which later I googled after the appt. and found out was incorrect. I don't feel she is fit to be a doctor. She attended Ross University probably because she couldn't get accepted to a REAL medical school in the US. Horrible communication skills

TERRIBLE bed side manner. HORRIBLE under pressure. She does not know how to handle patients and families under stressful situations. We have video of proof being sassy and not listening to ANYTHING that the patient or family members were trying to tell her. She would not listen to how the patient felt. She COULD NOT answer patient and family questions without getting defensive. In our video proof it shows that patient and family catching her in multiple lies and her attempting to cover her lie up.
