If you have a child with ADD be prepared for this Doctor to be your part time job if you choose her. You will wait hours to see her and then you will wait days for her to actually call the medications in! Medicines that have dangerous withdrawals will run out EVERY MONTH and her lying office staff will tell you anything to get you off the phone but Sikes never bothers to call in meds. Days of having to gripe at the staff before anything done. It seems anxiety meds are the same problem since I overheard the office staff lying to someone about Xanax the same way they lie to me. Sikes seems paranoid and confused and I agree with the other review, disheveled.

Not only do you wait forever, but she will not give you the prescription you came in for. Will not refill a medicine I could die without. Promised she would 3 times. Knows I have been without my medicine for 4 days now. Death strong possibility. AVOID .

Horrible!!! I scheduled an appointment, for my 15 year old. The first visit I was told that the doctor was running 2 hours behind!! They asked me to fill out all the paper work, which I did, the office staff then told me, that I could leave and that they would call me about 20 minutes before the doctor was available, so that we could go back. I had another appointment that day, so when they called 2 1/2 hours later, I missed the call. I called back the next day to reschedule. The next appointment I decided to call ahead since she seems to run very behind, and was once again told that she was 2 hours behind schedule!!!! The person, I spoke to said they would call me 20 minutes before she was available, so that we could head down there. I waited by the phone, and no one called. I called back about 2 days later told them that nobody called, and that i needed to reschedule. Guess what??? Now this doctor tells her staff to tell me, that she can not see us, since we were no shows twice. Are… you freaking kidding me??? This doctor has no respect for anyone's time. I will also let our insurance company know that she should not be a provider for them, if this is the crappy service that she provides. Save yourself a trip and find a doctor who actually values your time, and understands the importance and urgency of your medical situation.

Kristi Sikes is irresponsible, unprofessional, and a liar. She is a very rude and so is her office staff are rude. The wait times can exceed 4 hours.

Never on time, waited 2 hrs as first patient of the day and over 3.5 hrs before seeing her. If you leave they will bill you $75 no matter how long you've been waiting. Not in the room long, doesn't really listen.

I'm 57 years old never been to a doctor that is caring & compassionate as she was. She has helped me tremendously with PTSD cannot say enough good things about her. She literally saved my life if you want to see a real doctor I strongly recommend

I would leave a zero if I could. Complete waste of time and energy. The previous review that talks about the loud front desk lady and hearing everyone's personal business is so true. Honestly I don't think its her fault though because she didn't pick the office and there is no where else to go. As for the doctor though- Absolutely a ridiculous display of professionalism. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. I am baffled by the couple of higher ratings that she has. This cannot be real. Also, the previous review about needing at least two to three hours before you are seen actually happens!! every single time we were there!! (4 times) I am so happy I made a decision to stop going there. I already feel happier.

I was scared to death to see her after reading some of these reviews and I am so glad I went ahead to see for myself. She changed very little about my meds, she did not send me to a psych hospital and throw away the key. The wait time was appropriate. I highly, highly recommend her for anyone who needs someone to listen and truly try to help.

First of all, make sure you have 2 to 3 hours for every visit. She double and triple books. Second of all, be prepared for a loud front desk person to talk as loud as possible to patients discussing their personal information for the 2 hours that you are waiting. I felt sorry for every person that called because we all knew what was happening in their perosnal file and every issue they had becuase the lady at the front desk not only spoke loud but then repeaded it to the other receptionist in detail so we were allllllll well aware of everyones issues. Finally, if you have a college student with ADD and you go for your ADD medication..... be prepared to come out with some trial medication that is actually an ANTIDEPRESSANT and has NO scientific studies to even working for ADD and is ONLY prescribed for people with heart conditions who cannot take stimulants. Not to mention prescribing an antidepressant to a College Student who has NO HISTORY of being depressed. The office is a… JOKE and the DR. is a QUACK. Don't bother and find someone else. It is a waste of time.
