Dr. Kristie Lynn Bodnar, MD

I have always had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Bodnar. 13 years ago, I was fortunate enough to become her patient during a high-risk pregnancy and delivery. She is and always will be one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. A few years after I gave birth, my insurance changed and she was no longer in-network. I went from one OB/GYN to the next, not ever feeling the same connection or care with any of them. Luckily, about three years ago, my insurance changed, and Dr. Bodnar was again in-network. She became my doc again. I feel so incredibly comfortable with her. She has always put my health and care first, and makes me feel so at-ease during a never-fun exam (I HATE pelvic exams because of the embarrassing nature of them). With my complicated health history, I see a LOT of specialty docs, and few - if any - have been as awesome as Dr. Bodnar. She has recently moved out of state, and I am so sad that… I need to find another OB/GYN because no one will ever compare to her. If all docs were like her, I would never dread medical exams. I will miss her greatly!

Dr. Bodnar teamed with Dr. Hawes-VanPelt to provide the most impersonal and cold “birth experience”I unfortunately will never forget for the rest of my life. I was handed off to Dr. Bodnar with only minutes more of pushing. Neither of them took the time to follow up after a complicated delivery.

Dr. Bodnar delivered my baby. After a complicated delivery she sent NP Christine Durler to check on me. It was apparent and obvious NP did not properly review/comprehend my delivery notes prior to my visit. Found it unacceptable a NP was sent to follow up on me after a complicated delivery. Had questions about delivery complications and requested a visit with doctor. Dr. Bodnar came, however I was highly billed for her consultation which she should have provided in the first place. Womens Health consultants is too large of a practice to provide individualized care.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Bodnar. With each visit she is helpful, professional and a clear communicator. It is rare that I leave our appointments with lingering questions. She performed an operation on me last month and I felt extremly comfortable throughout each stage of the process, mostly because I knew I was in good hands and she had psychologically prepared me for what I would experience. Can not recommend her enough.

Dr.Bodnar is professional. Careing. Most of all excellent at her profession, you can trust her.

I saw Dr. Bodnar for all of my prenatal care and she also delived my baby.
