Doctors and nurses seem to lack empathy and have horrible bedside manner. It feels very uncomfortable considering you are already on edge dealing with a high risk pregnancy. I really wish the nurses and doctors were kinder. I have been to the office 3 times, and 1/3 times i did not feel like I had a good experience. I felt that the nurses and doctors did not listen to my concerns nor did they provide good feedback. I felt that I was often treated poorly as if I was over reacting, or it seems that I wasn’t a priority.

I thought Dr. Coppage exhibited cold-hearted and insensitive bed side manner with my daughter after doing a sonogram requested by another physician. I understand that you can't sugar coat possible bad news, however, making a statement to a 22 week expectant first time mother as if she's talking about a stomach ache that "Typically in cases like this, the baby either passes or you have a still birth" is a horrible statement. AND it didn't happen! My daughter was needlessly in turmoil. She needs to take sensitivity classes!
