She’s the best OBGYN I have had out of many I have tried. She is experienced, answers all questions, gives options, and tell it like it is. She is honest and doesn’t sugar coat things and always thinks about what is best for you. I love having a knowledgeable OBGYN who is really good at what she does.

I have been with Kristin for about 7 years now. She is amazing and very upfront. Some patients may not like her approach but I need someone who is going to give it to me straight. She's been my OBGYN since I moved to fredericksburg as a young student out of college and also delivered my first child recently. She always made time to answer all my questions and is very knowledgable. She went out of her way to deliver my baby and was so encouraging. I seriously love her and constantly recommend her to anyone and everyone. She's professional and caring and always gives me the best advice. I had a lot of concerns and questions and she ALWAYS put me at ease. She made my delivery exactly how I wanted it (obviously some things were out of her control) and she even came to check on us the next day. 100% recommend.

I have had all great experiences with Dr. Esposito . I used her for delivering both my children and highly recommend her.

OK first of all i saw her because I had to have my mirena removed because for the 6 or 8 months that I had it, I was getting horroble pains, always bleeding, and then I got an infection. So I was fitted in with her right away, I thought I got lucky.....SOOO WRONG! Now I KNOW why she was available...She was rude, acted like it bothered her to answer my questions and concerns, told her of desire to conceive and she would not assist me with medication, even though I have a history of fertility issues which are on my medical records that they have on file. If I had to see a specialist to conceive my son, why would you tell me to try naturally??? when I told her that the perscription she called in was sent to the wrong pharmacy it pained her to have to write me a perscription for antibiotics! She was such a jerk to me!!!! OMG dont ever ever ever see this woman!

This is the first time I have written any reviews online but my experience with her was bad enough to warrant a comment. She was the doctor on call during the night when I was about to deliver my baby. She walked into the room as if she had just woken up, shuffling her feet, and looking irritated to be bothered with a patient. She had zero bedside manner and despite my insistence that I did not want a C-section unless it was an emergency, she gave me "30 minutes" to dilate further. During that time, a very caring nurse came in and started a technique that started things moving and contractions started coming full force. When the Dr. came back to measure, she insisted I was no further dilated, but to this day, I firmly believe she was lying. I believe she wanted to get things overwith with a C-section (my baby was delivered at 1 am) and get to sleep rather than allow me the time to deliver vaginally sometime during the night. Perhaps if she had a different bedside manner I would have… trusted her abilities, but I'm still angry that my birth experience was left in her hands and for that reason have had to wait to have another child, and will probably have to endure future C-sections. My brother is a doctor so I understand the demands on their time; there is no excuse for the type of demeanor she exhibited.

This doctor refused necessary emergent care recommended by two other physicians, one of whom has been practicing OBGYN longer than she has been alive. And she made that determination solely on the assessment of a PA and refused to examine me despite a change in my condition and recommendations by the 2 other physicians. She literally abused her power as the only on-call OB and refused care and services. She only provided a followup exam when she was challenged to do so, and even then offered a hospital admission, for monitoring, without clinical intervention, and did so in a threatening fashion: "sure you can choose to go home and wait this out or stay here with us - either way, we will not {intervention}". Her clinical description of my condition was that, and I quote, "it sucks". When I asked for her full name so that I could look her up, she became somewhat polite and indicated she is not a medical doctor or board certified. I would be surprised if she passes her boards and should… not be practicing. Stay away from this doctor!
