Dr Oaks is a phenomenal doctor who takes the time to answer questions, she shares her recommendations and makes sure everything is checked. She is a wealth of knowledge and I have told confidence in her. She has helped me get on the path of a healthier life.

Dr. Oaks did very little to solve my problems. When I first started seeing her at another location her nurse made a mistake and took blood when she did not have to, this nurse was also rude to me on a few of my visits. Dr. Oaks likes to talk about herself on many occasions and was not helpful. For these reasons I switched doctors.

It was quick and easy to set up an appointment for a check up, but she was running late and had me wait over 50 minutes+. When I finally met her, she told me a patient made her run late, but I wished she/her receptionist told me that over the phone sooner. The check up felt like it went too fast, but it was like a normal check up. Had to do a mandatory test for something, but I forget what it was. It was the first time I heard about it and the first time I done it with her. Afterwards, it cost me over $100 after insurance to pay for the lab results. Was out of there within 30 minutes. I felt like Dr. Oaks didn't treat me as well as I'd like and was very abrupt with me. I chalk this up to just being busier than normal today. She's very casual.

Unprofessional. Very bright physician but short tempered and lacking in empathy. Her staff a better than she is.
