Dr. Kristin Schwartz, PhD

i’ve called multiple times to get help and become a patient, i’ve left my name & number still no call back. i get that with the pandemic everyone is looking for help, but weeks without returning a phone call is very unprofessional.

Dr. Schwartz has been an asset for me. I've left and come back a couple of times to address specific issues and she always gets me in as quickly as possible.

Like other reviewers have said, she is not professional when it comes to returning calls. I could understand letting unrecognized numbers go to voice mail. I get my fair share of robocalls on my own office line. But new patients? Getting the runaround isn't helpful when you are already trying to balance a busy schedule and self-care. My $.02 ymmv.

Dr. Schwartz has been available to me almost all hours of the day or night and on a moments notice. Her scheduling is incredibly flexible and she respond to almost every message very quickly for clients. Since she does everything herself, the only thing I can come up with is that these other people aren’t her clients. She Does seem to have a pretty full schedule. So, maybe it’s that she isn’t accepting new clients? That hardly seems like a reason to complain. As a therapist, she’s amazing

If you are going to do business with this person, be careful. For someone that is suppose to be a good listener, she does not communicate very well. No return calls, no return emails, you will get plenty of excuses though. Then when things are not done the way she thinks, its all your fault and you should apologize.

Dr. Schwartz is a good therapist. Office is easy to locate. It's just that the blue skin is a little distracting... Her white hat, shoes, and dress are cute and all but she wears them daily. The fact that she's 10in tall is a little odd as well. I kept wondering if she had to use a step stool to get onto her chair or if she jumped. Anyway, there therapy is good, if you're able to get past the skin color thing.

I have called this provider a handful of times without response. My PCP even tried sending a referral and still nothing!

I struggled with depression all my life. I worked with Dr. Schwartz over the course of a year and am finally able to breathe and enjoy life. Not only was she helpful in session, she was understanding and caring-she worked with my financial constraints and my insurance. She advocated for me to get the coverage and help I needed with my other doctors too.

It was a lackluster session about a relationship and my 'spidey senses' were going off around this person. Did a check through public records one evening to see that this person has been married 3 times and has 2 children with 2 different men neither of which were former husbands. One of the birth records also overlaps a marriage to someone else that is not the father. This is clearly the LAST person that should ever give marital or relationship advice given a documented unstable history.
