Dr. Kristina Gonzales Balangue, MD

To whom it may concern, i was a patient of Dr. Balangue, i am a type two diabetic, My A1C, along with my daily glucose numbers stay in 450-600 range, was directed to emergency room, had emercency labs, insulin given and was made aware of the urgency of the situation, told to see my pcp immediately . Called, walked inn, seen a nurse practitioner by the name of Susan Pepper. we did not see eye to eye on my health and my needs. she told me i would have to schedule an appt: before i got any medical treatment or meds. Emergency situations don't call for a scheduling of an appt: i then attempted to see my PCP - Kristina, who refused to see me, but made time to see ms. pepper who then lied to her face by stating that i refused to take labs. i need help and direction if there any thing you can do to help would be greatly appreciated, my family will hold these two individuals responsible for my health. I will forward this complaint to my insurance and the manager of banner for that facility,… thank you and GOD bless. Gianni Laguna D.O.B.- 2-8-80

She is the worst Dr. I have ever seen. #1 she could not sit down for 2 minutes ,jumping around like a rabbit. Then on papers said she gave me a shot and she did not , so I had to call Medicare . She never gave me RX's for my meds I was on and was constantly asking about sleep and bowel problems, I have none never have. Never took vitals etc.... Also Had to wait over an hour to see her .

Dr. Balangue is the best doctor we've had in a very long time especially now that we are in our 50's. She really cares about her patients health and well being. Extremely sweet bedside manner which seems to be lacking in the medical field due to cramming in as many patients as possible. I like that she doesn't rush through our visits together. I highly recommend this doctor especially for those getting up in age.
