Kristina Marie Downing

Well Kristina Downing started great. I thought the rapport was one thing and I was very wrong, there was none. I've had the "let's monitor it " and nothing. I get it she's busy whatever but when you send a patient for blood work after she's asked to discuss a few things but then have the ma the patient that she needs to make another appointment to see Kristina in order to discuss it. Lol well then some of the previous results that were discussed over phone don't count or what? Yeah the atmosphere after some employees left was heavy and draining and personal feelings weren't left at the door which should be when working in health care. I am disappointed in the downhill turnout with this experience at this medical office with this NP & the ma. The care and friendly professionalism isn't the same as it was.

My husband does not like going to the Dr office,but he really enjoys NP Downing. She explains everything clearly and is straightforward. I appreciate her for that.
