Talking to her is like speaking to a wall. She doesn't care and is a waste of your time and money. I never liked her.

Overall she is very smart & well educated. Her diagnosis make sense. She is very cautious with medication which I appreciate. After nearly 4 months of treatments for my son I do not know what she really thinks about his progress. She asks me solid questions but responds with "hmmm" or "I'm not sure yet what to make of that". I understand there is patient confidentiality but as a parent I'd like a little more insight into his progress. I am realistic and do not expect an instant "fix" but this is getting frustrating. The office is very unprofessional. Dark dirty, paint chipped walls in the lobby. There is not a single picture to look at. Tables are cluttered. Not soothing or therapeutic at all. Her office almost always smells of food. Soda cans always in sight. Again not a professional environment. Maybe this is a reflection of her youth & inexperience?
