Very kind Doc! Spent lots of time with my mom who is elderly. Very thorough. Would recommend highly. And I love Houston Methodist!!

She is a very attentive dr. I believe she is in medicine because she truly cares about her pts. So many Dr's now are here for the business end of the deal not put care. So glad she is back.

Great doctor. She is always very understanding and patient with my children. Great bedside manner. Spends lots of time explains things and seems very thorough.

I went to Dr Heatly for acute back pain. During my visit, she was to say the least uninterested as she did not ask many questions regarding my condition. This was my first ( and last) visit to her so I thought she might want to attain as much information about me as possible. In fact, she was literally standing with one foot out the door while I was trying to ask her questions. She sent me for Xrays. It has been one week since my Xrays and even after 3 calls to Dr Heatly, she has never responded nor has she even reviewed my xrays! I am still in pain and have no remedy in sight!

THIS DR. IS ONE OF THE REASONS WE PAY SUCH HIGH INSURANCE RATES! ON MY INITIAL MEET & GREET VISIT, SHE SPOKE WITH ME, LISTENED TO MY LUNGS WITH A STETHOSCOPE AND CALLED INTO REFILL MY EXISTING SCRIPT AND THEN CHARGES ME $418.00!!!!!!! HER EXPLANATION ? - THAT ALL I HAD TO PAY WAS THE DEDUCTIBLE - BUT - I AM ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE BILL IF INSURANCE DOESNT PAY. BUT TO CHARGE $418.00 FOR AN OFFICE VISIT? SHE IS JUST A PRIMARY CARE DR - NOT A SPECIALIST - AND SHE DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO WARRANT THESE FEES. I REQUESTED A ITEMIZED STATEMENT TO SHOW ME WHAT SHE CHARGED FOR AND AM STILL WAITING MONTHS LATER...... TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!

Dr. Heatly is my GO TO doctor, she sees me and my family and I would not take any medical decision without her guidance. Sweet, compassionate and knowledgeable.

Dr. Heatly is fantastic. She is trustworthy and dedicated.

Very unhappy with Affinity Medical. Have only had to use this provider twice and both times it has been impossible to get someone to answer the phone. If you call during office hours the phone picks up and tells you the office is closed. No voicemail no way to contact the office.... Then when we did get the appointment they called back later and said the doctor was leaving early... Too bad, only other option was go to urgent care..
