Krystal Bryant

Krystal Bryant is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. Krystal has worked with a variety of populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. Krystal has worked in general mental health, as well as addiction recovery and crisis management scenarios. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, OCD, social performance, stress, bipolar, addiction, codependency, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, PTSD, and grief. Krystal completed her Master's degree in Social Work at East Tennessee State University. She has received extensive training in trauma-informed practices as well as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), and addiction recovery (A-CRA).
