Dr. Shepard, is an excellent doctor, well informed and thorough in her explorations of treatment options, and she is a warm and caring person, as well. A rare combination, and I'm very grateful to have found her!

The office staff is little to no Idea about how to run a office They should not be working in a MED. office maybe a store clerk would be more along there lines.

Very good doctor, both in the hospital (in-patient) and afterward (out-patient). Is now my neurologist, on-going treatment for migraines. She is well versed in latest treatments and is willing to take alternative approaches as well, including Botox.

She seemed very informed and did many tests. All this time she was gentle and caring. I would certainly recommend her.
