Dr. Kshemal Pramodrai Mankodi, MD

While Dr. Mankodi is a great Doctor the company he recently united with, WellMed leaves a lot to be desired. Absolutely horrible interaction for the 2nd time with a particular staff member. Never had this problem before. Ever since well med took over my physicians office its been a nightmare. Its time to move on. You are a business and for profit. However, my medical management along with my husbands will be going elsewhere. The front office staff one in particular is very rude and condescending. Just not worth upsetting me. Treat your patient's with respect. Remember who puts the food on your table.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Mankodi as our PCP for too long. While I know PCP's job is to refer you to a specialist when needed, Dr. Mankodi himself is not very useful for anything otherwise. He does not help diagnose, treat, nor is even thorough with providing an annual physical. There have been several occasions when family members have visited Dr. Mankodi and key steps have been ignored (running certain tests/labs) and symptoms overlooked (only focused on what we tell him we think is wrong). TLDR: he's useful for referrals and if you like self-diagnosis. His visits cost about $30-40 after insurance pays which is the cost you pay to see him and explain why you would like a referral and what you've diagnosed yourself with.

Always listens and really cares about his patients! The staff is very caring and knowledgabe.

I’ve worked with Dr. Mankodi for 7 years, time has change for the last 6 months. It was time for me to move on, management needs to step up and take responsibilities over the course of mishandling conflicts. Employees pick and choose who they want to schedule. I get to many complaints from patients from the front office enough is enough. I’m glad I left and I work for a better company who will take me to the next level.

Staff is very helpful and professional doctor is very knowledgeable takes his time with you listen to everything you have to say and gives you a vice has no problem taking an extra minute or two to listen to what you have going on is a wonderful Dr and his wonderful at what he does!!!

The staff was very professional, and Doctor was insightful, diligent and courteous.

Dr Mankodi is an excellent GP and an all around nice man. I have dealt with many specialists and GP Dr's over the past 30+ years due to a variety of illnesses and Dr Mankodi is one of two GP's I would every rate as excellent.During the past three years that Dr Mankodi has been my primary care dr, I have noticed an improvement in his office staff. I am now very pleased with the service they provide.
