Dr. Kuimil Koyyodan Mohan, MD

I have now taken three loved ones to see Dr. Mohan. He is the most caring, thorough man. He is humble, and digs deep to find answers for patients. Dr. Mohan is awesome beyond words. His passion for his patients is obvious. Would not take someone I cared about to anyone else.

This dr went above and beyond for me. He ordered every test I wanted done and a lot more with no questions asked. He listens to everything I said and would stop talking when I have a new question. He’s an amazing doctor!

He is by far the worst neurologist I've ever had. He overdosed me on Carbamazepine. I was having vision and nausea problems for months. He had me on a dose that I eventually found out was way over the daily limit. He had me go to balance therapy to see if it would "help" but it didn't. It got to the point where I couldn't even walk a few feet without getting dizzy to the point of wanting to pass out, so I called him to see if he could get me in, or any other Dr in the office for that matter..some Dr to help me because of how many issues I was having. The receptionist said she would have someone call me back right away. No one did, so I called back about 2 hrs later. The dr said there was nothing he could do, so I went to the ER. That was the best decision I could've ever made. I met the neurologist I have now and he took great care of me and helped me tremendously. I will NEVER recommend Dr Mohan to anyone. The staff was rude and it always took them a long time to return calls.

If you are looking for an experienced and understanding Neurologist, DO NOT COME HERE. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a physician. Very hard to understand, I had to ask him repeat himself every other sentence. does not take accurate notes during your visit. Is virtually impossible to talk to over the phone, even when he asks you to call him! The front office seems to be overworked and short staffed as your hold time to talk to someone is up to 20 minutes and then after holding, they transfer you to your intended parties voice mail. In all the times I called, I never had anyone pick up the phone. To make matters worse his back office staff is beyond terrible. They give out bad information, do not return calls and are arrogant beyond belief. Save yourself the irritation.

The best doctor I've ever seen. So intelligent, compassionate and understanding. He explains everything in lame man's terms and doesn't rush through his visits.

I see Dr. Mohan for an EMG test my Dr. there doesn't do those. Dr. Mohan was awesome. Explained everything was very personable answered all my questions. Wished he was my regular neurologist.

Very thorough and professional. Explained all facets of seizures to make us understand.
