My guy every year has a extensive DOT physical done. I know what the average costs are and what the average lab costs are, he has been getting the same physical for 25 years, every year. I called Dr. Gill as I knew him from another, deceased, family member used them. My guy needed a Colonoscopy, that time of life. I called Dr Gill, and told them What he needed, there is a family history. During the conversation, they say, Hey we can do his physical, send us his paperwork. So I sent it in, 10 days before his appt. along with Insurance info. Well, he gets there, they say, We cannot do this physical but, we can help facilitate it by sending out referrals. Well, they didnt get the referrals right, so that delayed him. They did not send the Cologuard and three weeks later I had to call back to get it sent to us. No explanation as to why it had not been done as stated. i got some of the billings in for this service, and the labs are 4X what the entire physical had costs in the last 25 years.… I expect costs to rise but it was ridiculously excessive. I know this sounds petty but, insurance has a yearly dollar cap, like most do. So I have a certain amount of Insurance dollars that can be used during the course of a year. And when excessive or INVALID charges are deducted, it comes off of what is available. They passed me off to the Lab, who they sent us to and overcharged us as well, I get that. But that were not the least apologetic about wasting his and my time. There was no hint of Service, only Take-A-Number. I have written a letter to the office manager but, I don't anticipate a response as we didn't get one when we had test results come back. Given that a good number of his clients are seniors, I would be checking Nanna's statements too. I am able to protest and fight for myself, some of his elderly patients, I think, are probably not going to question it. Office staff was nice, ridiculously inefficient. He wont be back.

I have been going to Dr Gill for 5 years. Excellent care and very good refferals to specialists when needed. He has several tests available at his offices, including Lab tests. There are other Doctors who are there to choose from. His nurses and staff are friendly and efficient.

Phones are not working, this is not a first...wait is terrible...PLEASE, you need to find another Dr...I am taking my records out of that office today...going to Sacramento as a LOT of others are doing!

Dr Gill, yeek..I've never waited so long with a room full(up to twenty at times)patients. average wait time 30-50 min. Seemed like there were always drugs reps talking with gill. The nurses were unhappy, one told me gill billed medicare over 3 million last year. They wanted to see my dad once a week for nothing really just to bill everyone. His longest time with the Dr was about 5 min

I won't get into detail...make an appointment if you can......phones are always tied up....2 or 3 of the younger girls working the front desk are very rude, cuts you off during a conversation.......there are a few other things I would like to add...but you see for yourself if you do visit this office, look around...pay attention to the way the FRONT DESK IS RAN.....

My husband has rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes. The RA was causing him tremendous joint pain and he was having to take large doses of insulin. He, at the time, was recovering from major surgery, and was very weak. Although, I asked Dr. Gill for a referral to a rheumatologist and an endocrinologist, he didn't see the need since I had him. He is a very busy doctor. His waiting room was usually packed and waiting time could easily be half an hour. He never referred my husband to specialists who might be able to actually improve my husband's conditions. Well , I, finally switched to another doctor. She immediately referred my husband to several specialists, and now my husband's joint pains are minimal, his diabetes is well under control. He is no longer in a wheelchair. Oh, and Dr. Gill prescribed pills for conditions my husband did not have, and failed to diagnose a low functioning thyroid.

DR Gill and his office do a VERY poor job, with the patient and any prescriptions, follow up, referrals, etc Very unorganized and then want patients to make more appts to come back because they failed to do paperwork accurately. There disorganization and lack of responding costs patients time and more money. NEVER go back!!

Easy to get appointment. Usually a bit of a wait in the office. The staff has always been very courteous. Already diabetic, no real need for diagnosis. Dr. Gill is quiet and direct, the PAs are more talkative. So far time spent is accurate. Had blood work and tests done, no call back. Dr. Gill spends time in India treating patients there. Is a busy office. Only seen doctor Gill when there with my mother. I have only been seen by the PA's. Price for visit s same whether doctor or PA.
