Wish I could give 0 stars. It is post 2 weeks since my ultrasound results have been back and the doctor has yet to get in touch with me to discuss next steps. disappointed at poor communication and lack of care for something that I had gone to the ER for and needed guidance on what to do next. I had trusted this office and they have failed in every single aspect. From wasting my time to be seen during my appointment time, from unprofessionalism of the dr taking a phonee call from his boss and never returning back to the room to wrap up my visit, and now no communication regarding results. Had to switch to a diff practice.

I absolutely love dr Bajwa! He’s professional friendly and informative. And his team of nurses are absolutely fantastic!!

Dr. Bajwa and his staff were perfectly accommodating, polite, and everything I was told would happen, actually happened as I was told. I purposely waited a year to give my review on my hernia surgery mostly because of the huge marketing for malpractice suits and failed mesh. I’ve had zero pain, zero complications, I can lift properly and function completely with no complications. I couldn’t be more gratefull to have been a patient of Dr. Bajwa and his entire staff.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bajwa and associates at the Sugar Land Memorial Herman location. While the UT system needs to fix their appointment scheduling system, once I had my first appointment I was treated with respect and professionalism. I had my surgery 7 weeks ago and received top rated care before during and after surgery. Looking forward to a thinner life!

GREAT Doctor. Informative. Polite. Professional. Caring. But Staff and policies can use some changes. Nutritionist Carol...needs an attitude adjustment. Patricia is like talking to a automachine. Flat affect. STRICTLY BUSINESS. BILLING needs to change how and when they bill and calling patients in a timely manner. Medical forms policy should be change too.
