Everyone was very nice and polite at the reception desk. The phlebotomist was good, didn’t feel a thing. He was also very nice to talk to. Dr Rangaraj was pleasant to talk with and explained my blood work results, concerns and process to address it. Thanks.

Dr. Rangaraj explained everything, answering all my questions while asking if I had any questions other than what we talked about.

I was taken back right away for my bloodwork and then only waited a short while to see Dr Rangaraj. It was a short visit because I was just there to see if my platelets had stabilized and they had. But Dr Rangaraj was professional and happy to see I was doing well. I really like her.

Dr. Rangaraj is the best! Attentive, personable, kind, patient, and provides excellent healthcare. Not aggressive in her approach and did a fantastic job finding just the right medication match and dosage for my 92 year old mother. I was very concerned with the finding of stage II breast cancer a year ago and now it is about eradicated with no metastasis. We thank Dr. Rangaraj for this outcome - she truly gave us both peace over this prior frightening diagnosis.

She’s kind caring. She explains everything in detail so that you understand she has gone over and beyond the call of duty to help my brother Jeffery, William Bargeron. She’s an exceptional physician. We are so blessed to have her.. she is a physician that truly cares about her patients. I’m so thankful that the Macquarie’s told us about her. She has been heaven sent. We made the decision to leave Northeast Georgia Medical Center we started at Northside. It has been the best decision we’ve ever made… Thank you Dr Rangaraj. For helping heal my brother and taking excellent care of him.

I like Dr. Rangaraj. She is kind and knowledgeable and answers all my questions. I have waited well over 45 minutes for the majority of my appointments with her. I only come for check-ups, so it is just annoying, but for the patients who are very ill, I think it would be really hard. At times her staff does not respond quickly to messages. I have three stars because she is a 5, but the office and management is a 1.

A phlebotomist named Randall, should be fired. I told him how to draw my blood, he totally ignored everything and went right into my nerve four times. I’ve been dealing with cancer for years and never had anything so painful. He never apologized. Very rude. I will never deal with him again and I don’t believe you should let anyone else. No bedside manner whatsoever and thinks he knows better than the cancer patients.. On the other hand, Dr Rangaraj is probably the best oncologist I’ve ever had. Listens attentively and gives options. Five stars for her.
