Dr. Kumuda Ranjan, MD

After visiting Urgent Care for shortness of breath, it was recommended that I also make an appointment with a primary care physician. I started experiencing soreness/redness around a surgical area as well. Both symptoms transpired after having surgery a few weeks ago. Therefore, I made the appointment with Dr. Kumuda Ranjan who had a pleasant demeanor during my initial (and only) visit. I took Dr. Ranjan a copy of the X-Ray report from Urgent Care showing my lungs were normal. Shortness of breath and post surgical soreness and redness were the reasons communicated to her for my visit. Since Dr. Ranjan offered “nothing” to help either problem during my visit or when I reached out to her through the portal and voicemail message, my dermatologist had me to swing by their office to pick up samples of a cream safe to put around the healing incision area. Urgent Care prescribed an inhaler and referred a different physician. Instead of addressing the medical problems/symptoms I made the… appointment for, Dr. Ranjan took the easy route by using the time to discuss symptoms that were issues “before” my surgery. Not my problems after the surgery and the reasons why I was there. As a result, no problems were resolved by her. She offered no prescriptions, no suggestion to see a specialist, no home care methods, etc. to help with these issues. Unfortunately, seeing Dr. Ranjan was a waste of time.

I am a new patient to this practice. I found dr ranjan to be very personal and professional. Office staff seems competent as well. Would highly recommend!
