Due to having a large insurance deductable, Dr. Anderson performed an in-office polyp removal, which was quick and easy. This allowed me to breath better and when my insurance changes, he will do the endoscopy and clean my sinus in the hospital. He took the time to explain in detail what my options were and seemed to have an excellent grasp of the most current ENT medical procedures.

I called this office last week and this week to try and set up an appointment. An ignorant girl always answers, is rude and the call ends with her slamming the phone down in my ear. Today I called back and asked for Mrs. Guest or Dr. Anderson himself, the girl wouldn't let me speak to either, she said they get calls like these all the time. I asked what on earth she is talking about, she said they get sales calls all the time, I told her i was trying to book an appointment. Then she started drilling me for my info. I told her I'll take my business elsewhere. This woman is crazy.

He is known to perform surgery on anyone that walks through his office. He wanted to reconstruct my husbands nose and we went to the U of I and the Head of the ENT depatrment said that a surgery would do my husband more harm then good and it wasnt necessary! So Glad I went somewhere else!

Is it ethical for Dr. Anderson's nurse Emily to leave a "RAVING" review about him on here. I find it to be a little misleading to people looking for a physician.

Dr.Kurt M. Anderson is a wonderful doctor. All of his patients as well as Ottumwa Regional Health Center are fortunate to have such a brilliant doctor working for them. He recieves many compliments in the community as well as referrals from patients and other doctors. An added bonus,he is a very generous man to work for.
