Dr. Kurt Kanji Tsumura, DDS

Dr. Kurt K. Tsumura
Dr. Kurt Tsumura (a.k.a. Gadget Doc) is a Colorado Native who graduated from Overland High School in 1987. After high school he attended Colorado College until 1991. He then received his Doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry when he graduated in 1995.
He is a current member of the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, and the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society. Dr. Tsumura is also a member of American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry who in 2001 awarded him the Outstanding Service to Children Award.
When he's away from the practice he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing raquetball, and has an interest in electronics and high-tech gadgets (thus the name Gadget Doc was derived).
His professional goal is to emphasize preventive dentistry and early dental education, especially to new parents and young children. He stresses that prevention is easier than restoration.
