Dr. Kurt Bernhard Wagner

I am 67 year old male in average to good health I have not had an experience with a medical team like this for over 50 years all very professional courteous knowledgeable and very helpful concerned about my medical history and explained and examined me very professionally I would recommend them without hesitation.

Kurt Wagner has been my Doctor for over 20 years. He has always demonstrated the highest degree of professionalism and personal care. If you want an extremely knowable Doctor, Kurt is your man.

Dr. Wagner and his staff art top notch. Waiting time is the least of any Dr. I've ever been too. The staff are always courteous and efficient. We have had no issues with the Dr. or the facility. I would highly recommend him.

Doctor Wagner & his staff are nothing short of superb. I have been with the doc for over 10 year & I have found that he is very interested in helping you and regardless of other reviews his staff will do everything within their power to work with insurance companies to help you with claims & prescriptions. They will also work with you on the best times for appointments so your wait time is not so long.

Nice guy but not worth the long wait in the office ! If you work this is NOT the doctor to use.

After moving to Eustis my wife and I were looking for a doctor and found Dr Wagner. Our Insurance company pays for one free visit per year for us both and after setting up our visit to his office we both went to our initial appointment /check up. Quite a while later we received a rather large 500.00 plus bill from his office. At that point I called the office to explain that our insurance pays for one free visit and they should cover it. His office staff then informs us that the visit we had was not cover under out insurance. So I contacted our insurance company to find out why and they said they would cover it if the office would have billed it as our free visit, I then passed this on to Dr Wagners staff and they said they would not change the way it was billed because that would be wrong to do to the insurance company (even after the insurance company told them to change it). So now after multiple calls to the insurance company and the doctors office and leaving it in their hands… that if they wanted to be paid they would have to change the way they billed our visit, they have trashed our spotless 800 plus credit score and theres not much we can do except warn everyone we can to stay clear of this office. Dr Wagner himself was great, but his office staff have the worst attitude of any office Ive been in. Up front they seem pleasant but they have no desire to help their patients when it comes to working with insurance companies.

Dr Wagner was great, It was his office staff that were incompetent. After moving to the area and finding employment we found Dr Wagner's office and scheduled our initial visits and physicals. only to find out that our insurance refused to pay for our once a year free physicals because they were not coded right. After contacting them in person and over the phone they refused to fix the coding and expected us to just pay it. Now they are attempting to ruin our impeccable credit score and we are about to end up in court. I would highly recommend you find someone else as we have done.

My mother and father both used DR Wagner until thier passing, but they really liked him.His care was super..appt. time was very good.The staff was apprpop;iate and very kind! He does grow a personal relationships with patience as he did with my mother and she used him over 20 yrs...she told me he was a respectable person! Well, mother is gone now,but her choice if she was here again would be DR Wagner:)

Perhaps it's just symptomatic of modern health care, but the only issue with Dr. Wagner and staff is availability of records and accuracy of billings.But again, the physician is excellent.
