So far she's okay. This was my first actual visit with hee.

In and out, worst place to try to get to answer the phone. Totally ridiculous. If you need to talk to this doctor drive to office because this staff will not answer the telephone. answering service on 24/7. They say they called in script and when you get to Rx no script.

I am right with all the patients that have had poor reviews with this doctors office. It always felt like I was judged and then thrown a medication that either didnt work, made it worse, or had horrible side effects. They had terrible bedside manners, long waits, and one of the doctors got nasty with me right in front of my child. I was floored. I was looking for a new doctor after that.

My whole family saw Dr. Nigam. Of the doctors I've been to, she is by far my favorite. Very helpful, easy to talk to, friendly and courteous. Not just another chart to her but an actual person

worse doctor ever, long time wait, doesn't show respect to patient, when she finally showed up for the appointment she said that i Claim to be sick and that the test result does not necessarily have to be right.

Started seeing her in January. Best decision I've made in years!!!

No compassion for patients at all. Terrible bedside. Fails to refill prescriptions on time, even when called in days ahead. Pretty sad that someone ends up in emergency room over medication that wasn't filled AND it's a medicine you don't stop cold turkey or couldbe fatal. Worst doctor my mother has ever had. She does not care about her patients AT ALL!

I have been seeing Dr. Nigam for over a year with exceptional care provided from a doctor that listens to what issues I'm experiencing a provides a plan to address it, whether it be a sinus infection, weight gain, etc. she doesn't just throw meds at everything which I like. Her office staff is friendly and maintains contact for follow up visits, calling in medications, etc. I highly recommend her and many people I know now see her as their primary care physician and have had the same experience.

I have been a patient of Dr Nigam for 7 years. She has helped me get through several tough times. Every Dr office makes you wait from time to time. You cant control what kind of questions the previous patients have. As for meds, you need to request refills several days before they run out not after. Keep in mind happy patients usually don't leave reviews. Om only came here looking for phone number.

I''m a regular patient with Dr. Nigam and have no complaints. Her staff is efficient, freindly and thorough, especially a young lady by the name of Shelby. Shelby makes you feel relaxed and seems to know what she's doing. If she tells you she will try to take care of something, she follows through.
