Dr. Kwasi Ellis S Adzotor, MD

This Dr. is truly rude and unprofessional. I'm a retired pharmacist and my wife has dementia (we think). My wife had a severe side effect that I thought may have been from a medication he prescribed. When I said that, he immediately became offended and irate. When I tried to explain, he said he was not going to argue with me about this. I was not arguing. I'm a little timid and clammed up. He said to return back in 3 months and walked out, leaving us in the room dazed and confused. We of course are not going back. I'm interested only in my wife's health, and not his attitude. Stay clear of this "Doctor" in my opinion as a retired pharmacist.

Dr. Adzotor is the best Neurologist. I've been seeing him since 2018. After some tests and lab work, he was able to diagnose my illness that other doctors failed to do. My illness does not have a cure and is considered as a rare illness. With his treatment plan, I feel 100% better, I'm more active and my pains are completely gone. I can honestly say that Dr. Adzotor saved my life. I have referred relatives and friends to him and they're pleased with Dr. Kwasi Ellis S Adzotor. Now, December 01, 2023, I can say I'm a healthy, and happy woman thanks to Dr. Adzotor.

Always made to wait way past the appointment time. Can not really understand what he is saying. He always asks questions that can be answered in the labs he ordered. Does he even read my file? Seems like he just orders more and more tests to milk the insurance. Then when I asked for my records to be faxed to my doctor I got the run around about how they didn't get the request and then only sent one page. It was after I got on the phone that she miraculously was able to send my full file however she left me on hold instead of picking up and telling me this. I will not go back to this doctor! Poor care and poor service from the office staff.

Dr. Adzotor receptionist is horrible worst attitude and not will to work with the patient's. If you don't like your job look for another one don't just sent away patients because you DO NOT WANT TO HELP THEM... the Doctor himself is a good doctor but providence needs to reevaluate this employee that's the first thing you see while going into the office and no one needs to deal with someone that doesn't like their job. We were told my grandmother had to be rescheduled because they were updating the system and needed new cards.. that's the second time they tell us this my grandmother has been a patient if Dr. Adzotor for over a year and never did we get bad service like today.

The Doctor provided treatment during my stay at Sierra Providence. At the beginning I thought he was loud because of the way he speaks. I was wrong, he is one of the kindness human beings I know. I’m glad I continue Services with him.

We found him to be very hard to understand because of his language barrier and use of terms he did not explain well. We found him to be arrogant in his bedside manner.

Horrible is all I have to say

Long wait. Dr does not acknowledge elder patients, he didn't even look at me and my grandmother when we walked in, he never introduced himself or explain the procedure that was going to be done. He was very cold hearted and made my grandmother cry. He stopped the exam and threw his gloves in frustration. I told him please don't be rude to her and he told me he's been doing this longer than I have been born. He stormed out the room, never said bye, never gave us what to do or anything . Please dont take your family to this man He has no compassion for his profession. I've never seen such a cold doctor.

They make you wait a very long time. The doctor is rude and won't speak to me. They also refuse to give me my results in writing.
