Dr. Kweku Ghartey Sam, MD

Dr Sam and the other drs and nurses in his office are amazing. they are kind and remember your children which is hard with such a big office. my son has been seeing Dr Sam for all 9 years of his life starting in his previous office and my daughter has been seeing him for the 2 1/2 years of her life. becuase of Dr. Sams popularity it can be a little difficult to get an apointment on short notice but you can get the appointment with one of the other knowledgable and friendly pediatricians with very little notice. i have walked in and got an appointment on the spot before when my daughter had pink eye. Dr. Sam has an incredible bedside manner with children and really understands them. my son suffers with adhd and dr sam knows just how to talk to him and make him feel comfortable. (they have made paper balls out of the table paper and played basketball with the garbage once:)my children actually look forward to going to see the Dr!my shy little girl will actually hug him and have a full… conversation with him with no resistance. Dr maddox is also wonderful and if i had to choose someone other than sam it would be maddox. all around a great staff of people and i recommend this office to anyone i know with children.(oh and their after hours service is fantastic)

My children have been with Dr. Sam since 2006 when my daughter was born. My experience has always been wonderful with Dr. Sam. He has a great repor with the children and can even get my super shy 4 year old to talk. He is comforting through tough times and very straight forward and honest. I would highly recommend Dr. Sam, and I have, to other new parents.

Dr. Sam's bedside manner is very calm and realistic. He explains things in a simple manner and provides "what to expect" between the current and next routine visit. Our first appointment lasted over an hour and we never felt rushed. He answered our long list of questions and made us feel at ease. Our son had a cut on his foot that we wanted checked and we received a 6:45pm appointment on the same day when we called at 3:30pm. I highly recommed Dr. Sam.
