She is a good doctor who cares about our health but we have to be willing to. work on our health with her. She is bossy but not in a bad way.

This woman if you want to call her that ought not to be practicing medicine. She yells at patients, yells at family members for asking questions and even let her license lapse for many months from what I understand. Loma Linda ought to revoke her privileges. STAY AWAY

I write this review in the hope of helps This doctor method of practicing medicine is less than acceptable. These comments are a result of not one but 3 family members, ranging in age from 20's to 80's. It is sufficient to say this doctor is a bully with very poor medical credibility. If you're looking for a Doctor who will be your true advocate, working on your behalf, totally believe in you, will find a way, will work around your values and truly care for YOU, Dr. Win is NOT it.

This doctor is constantly behind schedule. The entire time I was seeing her, I was afraid of her temper. I finally called prior to an appointment to see if she was running on schedule and no one answered or returned my call. I showed up for my scheduled time only to wait over an hour. When I voiced my frustration, her temper erupted and she withheld my prescriptions. She told me to see a new doctor. Gladly! This is one scary woman!
