Dr. Kyle S Eberhardt

Dr Kyle is the best! His office staff work together as a team and he has upgraded all services offered to the top level available today. We are longtime patients of both Dr Kyle and his predecessor Dr Bill and have witnessed many upgraded services over the years. Two examples, an in house crown process allows one to get a crown made in one visit. He works with one of the premier Ohio implant centers as well for patients needing sinus wall build ups. He checks on his patients by phone following procedures. Preventative and restorative dentistry is not inexpensive, but he is the best ever period.

I've been a patient for about 10 yrs, but I'm sadly leaving this practice. Dr. E. has always managed to find a lot of issues that need addressed in my mouth, but I assumed he was just more thorough than doctors I'd seen in the past. Recently, however, he began aggressively pushing crowns as "preventative" treatment, both with me and other patients. When I was there for my last cleaning, the person in the next booth was getting a crown (it's a semi-open environment, so you can hear what's going on in the other chairs) and another person was paying for one at the reception desk; I also know two other patients who were both told they needed their first crowns within the past 6 mos. Dr. E spoke to me about this and said he knows some patients don't like his new preventative approach because it's costly and invasive, but "that's not my problem." (Coincidentally, he recently purchased his own in-house crown-making machine!) There are many things I will miss about this formerly great… practice, but I'm moving on.
