Dr. Kyle Anthony Hartman, MD

I received care from Dr. Hartman through Medical City Denton Hospital. I noticed that my contact information was incorrect when I left the office. I returned to the front desk to let them know the information was incorrect. The front desk spoke to the medical desk and came back to tell me that because I did not accept the full round of testing, the staff was refusing to update my information in their system. When I asked how I could pay them, they simply said, "don't worry, they will find you." It has been four months, however I have not been able to track down the physicians bill for the remaining balance owed to Dr. Hartman. I've called several different numbers and have left several voicemails to try and get a hold of a way to pay that bill. The hospital was not able to provide any contact information even though this doctor works in their facility. Please let me know how I can pay what is owed. Thank you.
