Had a procedure done(crown). He showed no concern for my comfort. The worst part is that after getting a new dentist, I was told it was never fitted properly and the only solution was to redo it. Insurance will not cover this because the crown was so new. I sent an estimate for repair to the dentist and he refuses to pay for my new dentist to replace the crown. I sought an additional dental opinion from a second dental practice and was told that it was never placed right to begin with by a second dentist. I am baffled by how he can sleep at night knowing he made a mistake. I would use extreme caution if you have Mr Heaton do anything besides a standard cleaning.

This dentist gets patients in and out asap he doesn't give time for the novocaine to kick in before he starts- rough and rushed- if you make a morning appointment they will always change it so that he can get there early and leave early- dropped crowns on floor before putting them in! Just in it for the money no care taken at all
