Kyle Reuter, OD specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, contact lenses, and laser refractive surgery management. Dr. Reuter graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BS in Biology, and then went on to obtain his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago.During his training at the Illinois College of Optometry, Dr. Reuter was an active member of the Private Practice Club, as well as the Contact Lens Society. He completed externship rotations at the Dishler Laser Institute in Greenwood Village, CO; the Braverman Eye Center in Hallandale Beach, FL; and the Providence VA Medical Center in Providence, RI.Prior to joining Kleiman Evangelist Eye Centers, Dr. Reuter worked in private practice where he gained valuable experience in pediatrics, specialty contact lenses, pre, and post-operative surgical management, and was responsible for treating many types of ocular disease including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and …glaucoma.

The entire office experience was excellent. From the check-in process to all of the doctors assistant’s. I had to do several different eye tests in different exam rooms and everybody was very pleasurable. The experience with Dr. Reuter was so great. He explained everything very thoroughly. I am diabetic and have had some eye issues that he has explained more in depth and also noticed some things that have not been explained to me. He’s very easy to talk to ask questions and kind.

I was amazed how useful and pleasant Dr. Reuter was at my recent appointment. I had what seemed like a mysterious problem, but it wasn't for Dr. Reuter. I'm very happy that I was placed with him for my appointment at Brooks Clinic.

Really good follow up appt. I have only good things to say about my experience with Dr. Brooks, Dr. Reuter and the entire staff. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and the respectful and friendly experience I had with all of the staff.

Dr. Reuter provided my cataract post-op care for both eyes. He is knowledgeable and thoroughly answered my questions concerning how to care for my eyes post surgery.

From the moment Dr.Reuter came into the room as my post cataract ophthalmologist, I have been very happy with his professionalism, his attention to my needs, and patient explanation of the next steps. With LAL lenses, the process is quite different and longer than my husbands’s, but I’m confident it end with the best possible conclusion.
