Worst doctor, did not listen to the concerns. Just performed the least amount of work and tests, just enough to get out of actually diagnosing like a how a professional should have. Disappointed!

This physician boldly lied on my medical record. She walked into the room and said “I’m not touching you” as she rolled her eyes. She took photos and she seemed to be fighting laughter. She made several completely bizarre and fictional statements on my record. Just as with other pt reviews, she also caused me great harm. Her boldness and arrogance in her disregard and dishonesty seemed to be robotic and aggravated. Since they are so many of the same pt reviews - you can report to health and human services both statewide and nationally. To the medical board. To the OIG. To white collar crime health care fraud with the fbi -or- you can call eight hundred HHSTIPS

Extremely focused, technical, and accurate professional. Fully communicated and thoroughly explained medical situation with total empathy and ensured complete understanding! Tremendously fortunate to have had Dr. Kent as my ER doctor today! Most importantly, I felt secure and confident in Dr. Kent's ability.

Poor bedside manner. Seems like she hates her job and her life, like she just wants to phone in the job and go home. She’s a word that rhymes with witch, starts with a b. If you can avoid her, you should.

I have chronic pain. When I over do activities, my pain gets unimaginable. I had gone to my Drs office to get Trigger Point injections which help in a short amount of time. Upon getting there, I let them know I was in forward pain and having trouble breathing. I have simple partial seizures and when my pain gets to high it can bring on these seizures. I went back to the rim to get them, while taking my vitals, the nurse found my oxygen level was only 82 so they gave me oxygen. Shortly, I began to seize . The seizures wouldn’t stop, I had 7 and my Dr called EMP’s to take me to the hospital . He said I needed medical intervention and the EMP’s said the same thing, that I needed treatment by a Dr. After arriving at Mercy Gilbert and got a bed, in walks this Dr with a grump look and never smiled once. She asked what happened, and I started to tell her. As soon as I said I had chronic pain and began having seizures, she replied “ I ‘m not giving you any pain medicine” I told her I didn’t… ask for any and that was not what I was there for! as tried to continue telling her what happened, she began rapid fire questions without listening to what I said. She said “ NO, just answers my questions” She asked me question that applied to Grand Mal seizures , and I knew them because my Son had two of them when he was a toddler. But there are several kinds of seizures. And most do not have all the symptoms of Grand Mal. At my Dr office, he recognized the seizures and so did the EMP’s. This happened one other time, and emergency Drs gave me IV Ativan . The EMP’s already had an IV started! So I told her, all I want is Ativan so I don’t go back home and have them start up again and have to come back. My seizures stem from a brain surgery on my left frontal lobe to remove a tumor. She absolutely refused to give me the Ativan . I told her it was not my idea to come to the ER but both my Dr who witnessed them along with the EMP’s said I needed treatment to make sure they don’t come back and continue! Then she said “ You don’t have to stay here, no one is keeping you here, you can go home right now if you want to” All said in a very mean nasty way. And she repeated she was not going to give me the Ativan! So at this point, I knew I wasn’t going to get help, so I said fine, I will leave! They brought in a release form for me to sign. I signed it, Then underneath I wrote “ bad Doctor”. They said oh no no you can’t say that, and took out my IV and I left! Thank goodness the seizures didn’t come back! Mercy Gilbert is a very nice hospital , and I have gone their before! Why they would have a Dr like Kylene Kent working in this hospital, I will never understand! She has no right working in any hospital, if this is her behavior! And obviously, I am not the only one who thinks so. Her reviews from others are bad, she only has one and a half star. And her rating is poor! Someone needs to set her straight! I would never allow her to be my Doctor for anything! Joyce Bondy
