Dr. Kymberly Nicol Butler, MD

I thought she was a good doctor but get doctors care about their patients. Don't bother leaving her a message even if it's an emergency she will not call back. ????

I reviewed Dr. Butler’s reviews only after I saw her! I was surprise! I saw her when she was at Central Care and the manner that she gave care despite all the mess going on was amazing! I had great follow up. I found out she was gone from there in May 2018 so if there was no follow up then that was the company’s fault! I would send my family to her without a question

If you want a Dr that calls you back, don't go to her.

Dr. Butler did not request adequate standard tests before giving a wrong diagnosis of a life threatening illness. She took over a month to call back with test results that were available from the lab in 2 days. I just could not believe a doctor would be so uncaring knowing I was waiting for such an important lab result. Was unprofessional in her discussion about other staff members.

I'm looking for another doctor. What good is a doctor if there is no follow up on tests or promised referrals. The wait is so long both in the waiting room and after seeing the nurse that my husband has fallen asleep. I always take along a book to read.
