MD is good but the person in the front desk is rude and the wait time is horrible

If you are determined to beat cancer...DO NOT GO TO THIS ONCOLOGIST! OFFICE IS UN-ORGANIZED, RUDE, AND NEVER RETURN PHONE MESSAGES. SELDOM DO THEY ANSWER THE PHONE. DR. HASHIMI MAKES PATIENTS WAIT OVER AN HOUR FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS.

I don't know where to start. It took forever to get someone on the phone, the staff was rude, took personal phone calls in front of patients, Long wait time in the waiting room and inside the actual room and were unorganized. They said they didn't have my results but they were in a pile of 100 faxes. We changed doctors and got biopsy results in, a port put in, and did a session of chemo and was going in for the second session of chemo by the time we got a call from this office. They were calling to schedule our results reading. They said we wouldn't start chemo for another month. We told them, good thing we got another doctor! Then a week later they called again to "follow up" on scheduling The results appointment. Avoid this place!

He is an angel from heaven.

I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time only to have Dr. Hashimi do nothing for me. He knew nothing about my blood disease and didn't bother to get my medical records before my visit. It was a complete waste of time & money. I feel like I was ripped off by this quack.

Dr Hashimi has been my oncologist since 2010. He is excellent, very thorough, and caring. Although a very busy specialist, he spends time studying his patient's case and return with quick action and follow up. Aided with excellent staff including caring and excellent Nurse Practiitioner (IVY)and Chemo Nurse (VERONICA) he makes sure that every detail of the treatment is done and followed through. I completely rely and trust Dr Hashimi this fight against cancer. In addition, he treats his patient (me) and my family like his own.

Well Yesterday was my boyfriends first visit we arrive with all the referral paper work and Dr. Hashimi was not even there instead we see some doctor or doctors assistant that has to look up in a book to describe they type of colon cancer he has, Then during the question and answer period he answers an email or text message, right in the middle of a thought. We then try to talk about after treatment and all he could tell us is HOW Expensive it is. Wow we leave and have already contacted his health care provider to see another doctor.

I was referred to this doctorby my health insurance, and though I am in the middle of critical treatment for stage 4 breast cancer, his office won't schedule an appointment to see me, and have now interupted the course of medicine I was receiving at City of HOpe because he won't even talk to me or agree to see me or look at my case.
