Dr. Lacey Beth Walls

Dr. Walls is one of the best dermatologist in the world!! She is so sweet and personable. My first initial appointment I was dealing with some hair breakage and she recommended a foam product and it corrected the problem. My second appointment I went in with skin concerns and she was very attentive to all of my concerns. If you're in Charlotte please don't hesitate to see Dr. Walls, she's just awesome.

Dr. Elwyn was in my room for a total of 5-10 minutes. Didn’t ask me a single question clarifying why I was coming in or how I felt about her plan of treatment. I tried to ask about two concerns of mine and was told I would have to make another appointment to address the second concern although the second concern would take no longer than 5-10 minutes when asking the nurse how long I could anticipate that visit taking. It is sad that these doctors take an oath to provide patient care/help others yet rush you in/out of the appointment, do not listen to your concerns, and scheme a patient out of money by scheduling multiple visits for more reimbursement for their office. If you want a healthcare provider who will show you mutual respect considering the time you take out of a work day and money you pay in your copay to see him/her then I would advise you not to make an appointment with her.

Could not be more thrilled to have found Dr.Elwyn! She is kind, patient, professional and gave me the most personalized exam I have ever experienced at a dermatology office! I saw her for a medical issue which she gave me medicines for & I cleared up quickly. I had a few “cosmetic” concerns & she did not mind addressing those honestly and proposed a plan within my budget. I will be following upwith her for regular medical and cosmetic visits and could not be more thrilled she moved to NC! I have recommended her to all my friends and family and the ones who have made an appointment were also very happy! Thank you Dr Elwyn!
