April 15, 2024 - The checkout lady in Concord, Building A on the left side was extremely rude and disrespectful. I said Thank You and she turned her chair so her back was to me and did not reply. So I said Thank You again, this time still with her back to me says hu-huh. Very rude! Very disrespectful! She did what she did on purpose. Rest of the front desk staff did nothing. Maybe the whole front desk staff is the same way. I plan to tell this story over and over for a long time until Joseph Roche, President or upper management contacts me.
