Dr. Laila Kafi, DDS

I recently went to East Side Endodontics to have my 1st Root Canal. My Anxiety level was beyond escalated. From the minute I arrived the receptionist was very Attentive and Knowledgeable as well as the technician. I met with Dr. Kafi. She examined me and reassured me. Dr. Kafi even filled my Religious needs by taking the time to Pray with me. Now who does that? Only someone as Caring and Compassionate as Dr. Kari. She took the time to explain everything Before she did anything, which was very Helpful. One of the things she did was to apply gel to my gums before using the numbing injections, which helped it to not be painful. I felt no pain the entire procedure. I really appreciated Dr. Kafi taking care of me in my time of need and highly recommend her and her staff if you ever need a Root Canal.

Saw Dr. Kafi today for a root canal. She was kind, calming and extremely thorough. Thank you for such a positive experience. Shout out to her Dental Assistant Alex...she was great!

I recently had a root canal which Dr. Kafi performed and I felt compelled to write a glowing review. She was very pleasant and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure up front and as the procedure progressed and a final summary. Overall the Novocain injections were pretty painless and they wanted to be sure that I experienced no pain or discomfort which I did not. She and her assistant did a great job accomodating my gag reflex with stopping to suction and answering all my curiosity questions. Definitely recommended if you need a root canal.

Dr Kafi is the angel of root canals! She is a top notch clinician and instructor. I was hesitant to drive to Prov. during rush hour but the visit to her office more than compensated the traffic inconvenience. My small mouth made x-rays a challenge but her dedicated staff persisted with success. She thoroughly explained the procedure in a kind and caring manner. We are fortunate to have her expertise in the Ocean State.

She made sure I was totally comfortable, not in any pain & explained every step of the way for me, which eased my mind completely.
