Dr. Lakshmy Sudeep, DDS

Dr. Lakshmy Sudeep graduated from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry, San Francisco in 2000, in the top five percent of her class. As result of this exceptional academic achievement she won special recognition as a member of the Honors Society (Tau Kappa Omega). Since that time, due to her special interest in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Sudeep has attended a number of advanced, post-graduate classes on the subject at the University of California at San Francisco, the University of the Pacific, UCLA, and USC. She is committed to providing the highest standards of quality and care to her patients and finds it very satisfying to enhance a smile and change a life for the better.

The California dental Board requires dentists in the State of California to take 50 hours of continuing education classes every two years in order to stay up-to-date in the field. As a result of her desire to be able to offer her patients the most current dental techniques and procedures in all …aspects of her field, Dr. Sudeep has far exceeded this requirement by taking more than 200 hours of continuing education classes in the past two years. Her fields of study include Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry and Neuromuscular Dentistry. She has also completed the post-graduate training program at the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, completing the "Advanced Functional Aesthetics" program delivered by Dr. William Dickerson.

Dr. Sudeep has had extensive experience in the field of dental aesthetics and has personally bonded more than 10,000 cosmetic restorations. She also holds both hard and soft tissue certifications in Laser and in Invisalign orthodontic treatment. For her patients who have difficulty with dentistry due to anxiety, Dr Sudeep is happy to be able to offer them the option of sedation dentistry.

Dr. Sudeep is married and has one child. She resides in San Jose and enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with her family especially her Maltese - Lenny. She is also an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Santa Clara County Dental Society, the Seattle Study Club, the Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation and the University of The Pacific Alumni Association.
