He was so thorough in finding my problems. Then he explained everything about those problems and how he will treat them. I was impressed that he took So much time to make know exactly what was happening. Plus...he as s very nice and personable!!

While Dr. Kalra is attentive and spends time listening, responding, and answering questions, working with this office is terribly frustrating. There is no way to call the office directly. They only have an answering service. You leave a message, and they are supposed to get back with you. In my experience, they do not do this in a timely manner. After leaving multiple messages trying to receive test results and/or set up anther appointment, they finally return your call and if you are not available to pick up the phone at that moment, the whole process starts again. Incredibly frustrating and ineffective.
