It’s been over 10 years since Dr. Lalit Puri performed total knee replacement surgeries on both of my knees (one year apart), and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Before the surgeries, I was living with severe pain—bone-on-bone contact made everyday activities like walking down stairs incredibly difficult. Dr. Puri was thorough, detailed, and compassionate from our very first consultation. He took the time to explain every aspect of the procedure and made sure I was fully informed and confident going into surgery. What really stood out was his commitment to my recovery. Dr. Puri didn’t just operate and move on—he followed my aftercare and rehabilitation closely, ensuring everything was progressing as it should. Fast forward to today: I am completely pain-free and back to living life fully. I can walk without hesitation, play golf, and enjoy all the activities I thought I’d lost for good. Dr. Puri performed Mako robotic arthroplasty left hip replacement. His professionalism is worth 10,000 stars and his expertise double those stars! He and his team took time to explain my X-ray, my degenerative hip, and assessment of my age and my daily activity regimen. I felt so assured that I would be able to return to every activity I am involved in, that I walked out feeling that he would help me achieve this goal! Hip replaced June 2024 and all my parts are on the right track to work together with my new hip! His staff was right there for me whenever I needed through the Home Care, and Physical Therapy! Dr Puri will be replacing my right hip in two years, as it is wearing out also (family history). Highly recommend Dr Puri and his Team Amazing!!

It has been 2 years since my total hip replacement and I hiked in Utah and Alaska this summer. Prior to surgery, I could barely walk around the block without pain. Dr. Puri is absolutely the best. He is professional, knowledgeable and always listened to my concerns and questions. His staff is kind and caring. I never felt rushed at an appointment. I cannot rave enough about this surgeon and his team!

Dr Puri replaced my left hip that had deteriorated using Mako robotic arthroplasty replacement. I will highly recommend Dr. Puri and his team every day of the week!! I underwent total right knee replacement surgery with Dr Puri on April 18, 2024. The operation was more successful than I could have ever imagined. I have perfect range of motion and am able to walk pain free and cane free within less than one month of my surgery. This is entirely due to Dr Puri's skill and unmatched expertise in the operating room and the superb after-care provided by his team. I strongly recommend him to anyone in need of knee replacement surgery.

Awesome orthopedic expert who gets necessary images reviewed before deeply connecting around concerns and options. After 2 hip replacements, and aches after running, he reassured me about hop and gave me options for back ache management, after confirming X-ray results. He encouraged me to keep biking, reminded me he was here for concerns offered back referrals. Has a great smart team too!

Excellent experience with Dr. Puri! - Before, during and after the surgery. Very professional and at the same time warm. I would rate him 6 stars if they were available! I’m so happy that Dr. Prete recommended him. Everything went well, including the recovery.

Both of my knees had severe arthritis, literally bone-on-bone and extremely painful. I was relatively young (55) and in decent shape and I wanted to have both knees replaced at the same time. I figured why not just get the whole thing over with; better than going through it twice. I met with three doctors to obtain different opinions and only Dr. Puri felt that I was a good candidate for having both done at once. He picked up that I was highly motivated, was willing to put in the work to make the procedure successful and was focused on the outcome. After the procedure I stayed at an inpatient rehab center for a week (Warren Barr) where I had physical therapy twice a day and occupational therapy once a day. Then I continued with outpatient PT. Three weeks after the procedure I was able to attend a friend's wedding using only a cane. I could not be happier with the outcome. It was truly a gift. Its going on 6 years since the surgery and my knees are fantastic, full mobility,… no discomfort and no pain. I rarely even think about them. Dr. Puri and his entire staff are wonderful and I cannot recommend them enough.

For context, I am in the health care field. Thus, I will admit that I am particularly "picky" when it comes to my health care providers and their teams. I start with the foundation that you need an outstanding technician--particularly if surgery is involved. However, not only is their experience critical but you must ensure the physician and their team are always available and willing to answer questions and support. Dr. Puri and his team not only are incredibly supportive, they are also very proactive. They not only want the surgery and recovery to be successful but want to ensure you have had an outstanding patient experience. As I am just over sixty days post-op, I am already back to all of my regular activities--including playing paddle, walking over 15,000 steps a day, practicing yoga and playing golf. I could not be more positive about Dr. Puri and his team!
