Doctor follows up on his notes from previous visits, but does not often provide suggestions for help with additional issues. In this case, and on last visit, no helpful comments related to arthritis concerns, nor - on this visit - to my extended use of cough syrup and dealing with excessive mucus for extended period of time. . . . Ordered blood work which resulted in an elevated liver count caused by the cough syrup I had just mentioned during consultation time . . . Blood work must now be redone at a future date following a week without taking several of my daily medications.

Feel free to call me. I am locked into your "system" with no ability to choose a different doctor and competent medical assistant . The medical assistant mumbles to herself during my visit, gets mixed up, makes errors ordering Rx and seems "scattered".
