I had cataract surgery with Dr Chang. I found her very personable, professional and competent, which was what I wanted for someone working on my eyes!. She listened to me and explained what was going on in a kind and caring manner. Her staff was courteous, helpful and professional as well. I felt they did great covering all the bases , from presurgery education, ease of obtaining apppointments and completing the procedure; communication, and after surgery care. Her surgery team was equally as professional, courteous, and helpful....right down to the person who wheeled me out of the hospital. The process was seamless from start to finish, and I can now see! Can’t wait to have the other eye done next month. So happy to have found a great ophthalmologist/surgeon here in Albuquerque.

Doctor LAN Chang is one of the best ophtolmologysts in NM.

Dr Chang is very abrupt and short with patients. She lacks patience and understanding. I do not recommend going to her.

Dr. Chang is excellent. I highly recommend her to anyone with double vision or eye muscle surgery.
