Dr. Lance Alan Lasner, MD

One procedure and 4 months of billing issues. They sent a bill, I stated in the private messaging system that I paid and it wasn't reflected on my account. No response to multiple messages sent. They sent my account to collections instead which dinged my credit. Pick someone, ANYONE else who has the billing under control

Dr Lasner listens and treats the whole person. At my initial visit he realized that my symptoms needed further investigation and referred me to a cardiologist. After extensive testing I had triple bypass surgery within a week. I think Dr Lasner may have saved my life and I'm happy to trust him with the scheduled colonoscopy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Laser for about 18 years. This man saved my life! I started seeing him when my old GI doctor missed something. Dr. Laser didn't he knew just what to do. He has been with me in ups and down treating me always with compassion. He treats many of my friends also. A doctor who treats they whole person.You may have to wait abit in lhis office, but don't worry he will give you the time you need. When he found my cancer we both cried together, but he gave me hope and I'm still here. Best GI guy you will ever see!!!! I don't trust just anybody to friends and family.

I thought I was experiencing a severe case of acid reflux for a few days because I regurgitated any food I attempted to eat and was having difficulty drinking liquids. A scope showed food was strongly packed and stuck in my esophagus that needed to be removed ASAP. Dr. Lasner and his surgical team spent over two hours removing the food from my esophagus. Dr. Lasner’s responsiveness, exceptional skills, determination and tenacity SAVED MY ESOPHAGUS!!!

Staff was extremely helpful, and my long wait was well worth it. He showed the utmost attention to me until I began to feel better from my sickness, I recommend him to all my friends!

Staff was gossiping and complaining about the doctor as if I was not sitting there hearing it all in their waiting room. One woman was ready to turn in her notice because she was being treated so poorly by the Dr.. Dr. came in and was admonishing staff about some paper work he couldn't find on his desk and about getting new internet service. Dr. joined in staff gossip about a patient who had just cancelled an appointment. All right in front of me like it was business as usual. Very unprofessional office. Dr. rushed me through consultation visit and missed important family medical history factors that were plainly on the paperwork he was holding in his hand and just glanced at.
