Dr. Lance William Neveling, DO

Dr. Neveling is one of the most awesome Dr I've ever met and he is a really caring doctor he cares about all this patience I would have kept coming to him had it not been for his ignorant rude staff and repeatedly I've had issues with a staff especially Hope. Some of the staff doesn't belong there and he should have fired some of them a long time ago at least now I know I'm not the only one who knows how rude is staff is and I've been trying to tell him for years. As a woman of color , I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGUSTING TREATMENT AT THIS OFFICE AND IT WAS MY FIRST TIME COMING . Not only was I humiliated in front of other patients but the woman at the front desk named Patti talked to me as if I was beneath her . Patient care, communication, and teamwork needs to be taken into consideration at this facility . The nurse practitioner Jennifer Wheeler was a sweetheart , but my front desk experience was a NIGHTMARE . Not to mention the fact that Patti talked about me to the nurse practitioner as if I couldn’t hear her . BEYOND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WOULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS BUT THE NURSE KEPT IT PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL THROUGHOUT MY EXPERIENCE.

Every time I’ve come here, the staff is nothing but ignorant. They all have nasty attitudes and certainly don’t belong in the medical field treating sick folks that poorly.

Receptionists are extremely rude. They’re extremely rude over the phone and in person as well. I’m not returning here. Absolutely ridiculous.

Sometimes you have to wait a little but that is because he is gracious and attentive to each patient, giving you whatever rime yout need.

Although the reception staff may not be the most welcoming.. I like Dr. Neveling enough to look pass their poor reception service. He's a 5 star doctor for sure.

Dr. Neveling is a wonderful man. Kind, considerate and compassionate. Never makes you feel rushed. However, I recently had an experience with their office staff. On May 5th Medicare paid their portion of my bill and it should then have been submitted to my secondary. Eleven days after Medicare paid (before submission to second ins.) I received a letter from the office telling me that there had been 3 attempts (in 11 days) to collect the remaining balance and it had been turned over to a collection agency. Pertinent information highlighted in yellow. When I went for my next appointment I inquired to whether the problem had been solved. There was a doctor there who heard the conversation and I believe questioned them about it. The girl in the office already had my file in her hand and knew who I was but looked at the sign in sheet and said my name was "unreadable". I write very clear and it only has 4 letters. On my way out I asked her to make me an appointment for 6 months out as Dr.… Neveling requested. She chose 5 and I asked her to move it further out. That's when she made sure the whole waiting room heard. Her comment was "If this Rx runs out before your next appt. (it won't) don't bother calling here because we won't fill it. Here's your appt. card and if you lose it and miss the appt. we WILL charge you for it and we don't make confirmation calls." Either these doctors are unaware of their front office staff's behavior, or condone it, is unacceptable either way. It doesn't seem like good practice to threaten a patient with refusal to fill a prescription. Its not their decision as to whether a prescription is filled or not. Sad state of affairs when many decent people are looking for work and they have one.

Good luck making an appointment if they think you owe them money, office staff would do better working for the IRS. Dr. Neveling is the best doctor I've ever seen but I have to move on due to the staff... Yes you Marleen you nasty person you I could be having a major problem going on and all you say is "We can't see you until to pay your unpaid balance" which was taken care of LAST YEAR, Oh and never setup a follow appointment 30 days ahead of time with them, one you will forget and they will bill you for the missed appointment, two they never I mean never call you the day before to remind you of the appointment, yes offices do that every other doctor I have gone to does that. This office is too lazy to do it, or they pinch pennies so bad that they check the seats after hours for loose change. Doctors are great but the office staff is not nice. Oh as to follow ups from the doctor about tests, that is if the staff gives him the paperwork when it comes in. And while I'm on that they… seem to set appointment for every 15 minutes when the doc is in with you for at least 30 minutes so there is a back log in the waiting room go bring a book, handheld game, box lunch, sleeping bag.

That office is the best around! The staff does a good job always so for the negative people who say terrible things should try working a day in that very busy office. They have plenty of patients so don't be fooled that place has a very healthy patient list!! Many many people want to come to this office so the staff and drs must not be that bad!!!

If your leaving a negative unkind unfair nasty comment about the hardest working bunch of girls that any dr could ask for then.....you probably owe the office money! Get a life...wonderful ppl at that office
