On initial visit he brought a intern into the exam room when he had never met me. Appeared irritated when I asked the intern not be allowed during the initial consultation. He immediately stated he would not help and and would cancel the appointment, however he reviewed my medical file and stated he would treat me. My initial visit with him was approximately 5 -10 minutes. He wrote 3 prescriptions, one required prior written approval of physician before pharmacy could fill. Although numerous request were made between October and December; required documents were not provided to insurance provider until after second appointment in mid-December. He requested CATSCAN, XRAY, ULTRA SOUND and made a diagnosis of extended R/Kidney and scheduled surgery to remove kidney stone via laser scope. This attempt was made December 30 2016, when I awake from anesthesia my spouse informed me the surgery was incomplete, the physician was unavailable and on vacation with written instructions that his… office would call to reschedule follow up procedures and discuss issues relating to surgery. After 5 days with no contact from either the physician nor his staff I called only to get a answer machine. Detail of surgical procedures were not provided to me. Medication prescribed by Dr. Nguyen increases hypertension and/or makes it worse. Are we merely machines in a repair line? Will you tell me Dr. Nguyen?
