Staff is unresponsive, multiple insurance errors, and the doctor is not the best.

This place is unprofessional and not knowledgeable regarding simple things (from billing to patient care) there are too many other great obgyns in the area to trust your health to this office

I hope no one has to experience the same trauma I endured at the hands of this doctor. This doctor is very interventionist without medical necessity. I had a perfectly healthy pregnancy and she kept trying to schedule an induction and state that I had to use certain interventions like there was no other option. She does not listen to your wishes and is not concerned for your wellbeing. Your birth plan means nothing. Her biggest concern is delivering a baby as soon as possible, regardless of whether or not it is best for you or your baby. Long story short, another provider ended up delivering my baby after a hospital worker called security on her DURING the end stages of my labor.

Most competent and caring doctor I have ever had. If I could give her 6 starts I would. You will not do better than Dr. Warren.

Dr Lani warren is an excellent doctor. She explained to me regarding all the women's problems. She also advised all the annual tests that I should be taking. Very friendly and courteous doctor. But at the same time her office staff was really rude and unfriendly. This made the whole experience unpleasant.I would definitely recommend the doctor!

Overall experience was so-so, she is sometimes little rude in answering questions and so was scared to ask her anything and did not feel that comfortable.Also less personal touch, more robot like I felt. Also always sounded like she was in rush to get things done..sometimes I felt may be she didn't even recognize me as her patient..

She is very caring. She spent ample amount of time and paid attention to all of my problems.She also valued time while not leting me waited for long and diagnosed in one appointment rather then keep calling unnecessarely.
