Dr. Lara Judith Wine Lee, MD

I saw Dr. Wine Lee during a dual visit with Dr. Ruth. At the time, I was told that it looked like I had a connective tissue disease or an autoimmune issue. Initially, they were both very interested in my case and understanding. Well, after I was told my blood work was fine, all communication essentially stopped. My issues never got better and I was told by her “I think this is a case of rosacea” after a very rushed and hasty visit. No, Doctors Wine Lee and Ruth, I don’t have rosacea. I have Ehlers Danlos which Dr. Ruth failed to follow up and diagnose, and MCAS and PoTS that is causing facial redness, rashes, and bleeds. Sorry Dr. Wine Lee, but you dropped the ball on this one and were extremely dismissive. This wasn’t rosacea, it is a chronic allergic reaction combined with a heart and connective tissue disease that another doctor easily detected. Had the proper tests been done, I could have had a proper diagnosis. A GI doctor ordered the skin tests you could have done and found the… issue. If you have a chronic illness, please follow my advice and find someone else. This was a waste of time.
