TRIED CALLING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AS A NEW PATIENT AND A LADY NAMED NATALIE PICKED AND SAID HOLD PLEASE. SHE PLACED ME ON HOLD AND NEVER CAME BACK AND WHEN SHE DID SHE PLACED ME ON HOLD AGAIN AND WHEN SHE PICKED UP SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE. I CALLED BACK 4-5 TIMES AFTER THAT AND I WAS HUNG UP EVERY SINGLE TIME. IF THIS IS HOW THIS OFFICE TREATS POTENTIAL NEW PATIENTS..... I CAN IMAGINE HOW THEY TREAT THEIR REGULARS...THE DOCTOR MAY SOUND LIKE SHES TOP NOTCH BUT SHE CAN USE A NEW STAFF!!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

During my initial exam, the doctor had her assistant set up a light pointed at my personal area. The assistant looked directly at my personal area and then came back to make sure the light was adjusted to the doctors approval. Both times the assistant looked directly at my personal area. I think a doctor would want to make sure her patients felt comfortable during an exam. I felt this was a poor decision on the doctors part.

Office staff is not very efficient. They never return calls.

Had to have an emergency c section and Dr. Lareesa Monique Ferdinand saved both mine and my babies life. She is a great doctor!

I love this doctor but I am not too happy about certain staff members in her office. The staff can be very rude at times and cuts you off when trying to explain certain situations. I rather visit her in the Winter Haven office. Staff members are more professional and caring. She is excellent with her craft and I trust her skill level of professionalism. She is eager to listen, teach and provide you with all options possible in your healthcare situations. She was wonderful when speaking with my daughter about birth control options and female healthcare and disease prevention.

Very Knowledgeable And kind. Willing to take her time to answer questions or concerns.

I love dr.Ferdi she is the best at what she does
